Your mission will be to empower the Mars transformation programs' integration workstream, ensuring delivery is not just efficient, but revolutionary in its scale and agility. You'll dive into the heart of complex, heterogeneous integration landscapes, orchestrating a symphony of seamless operations across diverse platforms like SAP BTP, Azure IS, Solace Event Mesh, MuleSoft, and cutting-edge B2B technologies.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in designing, implementing, and managing DevOps discipline for Enterprise Integration
  • Hands on Expertise in DevOps tools & technologies across Plan, Code, Build, Test & Security
  • Skilled in designing CI/CD pipelines using industry leading technologies to drive quality quotient.
  • Knowledge of Integration technologies spanning across API, Event Driven Architecture, EDI, iPaaS, MFT
  • Strong working knowledge of application release/deployment procedures, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure IS, SAP BTP platforms.
  • Familiarity working with Enterprise Observability tools such as DataDog, Splunk, Dynatrace

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Enables Integration Delivery Teams for transformation programs at Mars to ship features —at scale—rapidly, securely with the highest quality product teams can fully embrace DevOps services, automation, culture, and lean methods while keeping cost of operations low.
  • Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines to automate quality gate, security assurance, testing and observability to reduce manual effort and improve product quality for an effective rollouts of integration solution for Mars transformation programs.
  • Establish and employ Continuous Integration and Deployment practices for the transformation programs using cloud-native managed services and DevOps tools. Employ Continuous Delivery patterns and collaboratively work with the Transformation program's Change Management Team to achieve successful continuous delivery solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Mars transformation office to align on build and release processes and make recommendations for improvement within Integration Hub.
