Do you want to make a real impact on our production lines and help our teams continuously improve?
As an Industrial Engineering / Focused Improvement Engineer, you will be the go-to person for Focused Improvement on site – leading initiatives, coaching the team, and making sure our factory runs smooth, efficient, and smart.

We operate three production lines, each with a dedicated team: a Continuous Improvement Technician, an Asset Technician, and a Performance Manager. • You have strong functional IE knowledge: capacity planning, bottleneck & loss analysis, KPI setting

  • Supply finance knowledge is a plus

  • You have a problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results

  • You are digitally agile and have advanced analytical skills

  • You are independent, collaborative, and able to influence peers and site leadership

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will lead and coach the Continuous Improvement Technicians across the three production lines, guiding improvement initiatives and ensuring measurable results

  • You will act as a Problem-Solving Subject Matter Expert, teaching methods to solve production issues and helping teams improve continuously

  • You will own the capacity planning process and continuously improve related tools and scenarios

  • You will own the factory cost savings programme, making sure year-on-year savings targets are delivered

  • You will be an active ambassador for continuous improvement, applying Lean, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and other improvement frameworks

  • You will develop and implement performance improvement roadmaps together with your team

  • You will analyse factory processes and financial metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a three-year Do It Best pipeline to deliver year-on-year savings

  • You will coach colleagues on Problem-Solving methods and improvement initiatives, using Essential Elements to make improvements sustainable

  • You will plan factory capacity and calculate scenarios for improved efficiency

  • You will actively support other factory teams in performance improvement

  • You will serve as a backup for the Industrial Engineering Manager in regional continuous improvement communities, where applicable
