- Permanent Full-Time role based onsite Asquith. Free parking onsite & close to public transport.

You’ll become part of the small effective team delivering Continuous Improvement, Focused Improvement, Supply Excellence and Learning & Development.
What You’ll Do
- Own and improve site performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Service and Efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including time loss and productivity optimisation
- Manage capital projects and assess site capacity to meet future demand
- Build and justify investment cases aligned to site and regional strategy
- Act as the supply lead for all factory activities (NPD, changes, transfers)
- Balance cost, complexity and service to drive the best outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders to deliver results
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in manufacturing / supply chain (FMCG preferred)
- Strong background in performance improvement, capacity or IE
- Exposure to capital projects and business case development
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Confidence to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
- Lean / TPM / Continuous Improvement experience (highly regarded)
