Job Description:

This team member role will support the site industrial engineering team with daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

This specific position requires analytical, communication, interpersonal and team building skills. This associate must have strong computer and systems knowledge in applications such as Excel and Word to support site initiatives. They must also have the skills set to train and/or perform the tasks of other associates in the area as needed.

What we are looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be comfortable using Excel for organizing and analyzing data

  • 2-3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
  • Availability to flex time/shift for occasional project work

Knowledge / Experience / preferences:

  • Eager to learn

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Data orientated and data analysis skills

  • Computer savvy – proficient in excel

  • Beginner level or beyond in digital tools (Weever, Polka, etc.)

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Responsible for weakly site staffing/temp labor coordination and planning

  • Supports the integrity of data collection systems (including shift notes) throughout the site

  • Contributes to BUR Digital tools and integration through testing/trialing, feedback, development, and training

  • Assist IE Team in the data collection and reporting of site metrics/KPIs

  • Assist in conducting various audits across the manufacturing site, including Quality, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Labor Standards, and Safety audits, to ensure compliance with standards and expectations.

  • Coach and support key connection points within the Factory Management Operating System (FMOS) structure to drive effective communication and process alignment across teams

  • Support the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program by contributing to various pillars, including the Education & Training (E&T) pillar through role profiling assistance, and the Focused Improvement (FI) pillar by assisting with loss analysis and charter development.

  • Assist with manual data collection activities, including conducting time studies and labor studies as needed to support operational analysis and improvements.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 28.31 - USD 38.93
