This position is a key part of the Health Affairs function within the Corporate Affairs team at Royal Canin Korea. The role is pivotal in spearheading our nutritional education strategy, with a primary focus on the successful establishment of a digital learning platform.

This will require close collaboration with global/regional Health Affairs and, crucially, the Regional Digital Technology teams to build and optimize the platform. The individual will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of scientific and educational content both by localizing global materials and creating new local assets. This content will be delivered to internal and external stakeholders through the digital platform as well as traditional training sessions.

Furthermore, this position plays a key role in creating compelling materials that demonstrate the scientific excellence of Royal Canin products, leveraging the latest research findings and local trials to support our partners and the business.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Digital Nutrition Education & Content Strategy

  • Drive the successful launch and management of the local digital learning platform in collaboration with Regional Digital Technology team.

  • Develop and execute a robust content strategy.

  • Adapt global educational content to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the Korean market.

  • Create new, tailored local educational resources for veterinarians, vet technicians, veterinary students, and pet professionals.

Internal and External Education

  • Design and deliver comprehensive product and nutrition training programs for internal Associates and Sales Representatives to enhance their expertise.

  • Partner with HR to foster and embed deep nutritional expertise across the organization, making it a core company-wide capability.

  • Develop and deliver educational programs for customers and partners through a variety of formats, including both online and offline channels.

Scientific Review

  • Serve as the scientific partner to review and evaluate communication and marketing materials from a health, disease, and nutrition perspective.

  • Actively contribute to cross-functional teams, ensuring scientific accuracy is upheld in all marketing, educational, and training materials.

What are we looking for?

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • DVM degree is required.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Scientific Communication or Marketing function in veterinary industry / Animal Health / Human Health & Nutrition Scientific role in an international context

  • Experience of technical, scientific and nutrition issues in a business context

Knowledge / Experience

  • Deep knowledge of veterinary science and animal nutrition (DVM), with a talent for translating complex science into clear, engaging content.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.

  • Proven experience developing and delivering educational content across both digital and offline channels.

  • Hands-on experience with digital learning platforms (LMS) or similar online educational initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Korean
