Regional Manager will execute defined sales programs to achieve regional sales and financial goals. This position focuses on effective leadership of field sales associates, execution of sales strategy and objectives, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders in the business. What are we looking for? Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science. 3+ Years sales experience working with leading multi- functional teams Highly desirable Business acumen in Veterinary industry People Management experience in a mentoring/coaching or line manager role Availability to travel 70% of time is needed. Strong Communication skills What will be your key responsibilities? Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned region through leadership of District Sales Managers Achieve product penetration and focus objectives within assigned region Implement the Royal Canin Veterinary sales strategy and sales process within the assigned region Coach and develop District Managers to help them build their business, achieve growth objectives and KPIs Develop a High-Performance Team Collaboration environment through engagement of direct reports, coach and develop team to meet current responsibilities and prepare them for personal and professional growth. Respond to elevated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Attend trade shows, exhibitions and company meetings as required. Manage expense and trade budgets. Become thoroughly indoctrinated and knowledgeable on the Veterinary product line and sales processes to apply knowledge to District Managers and clinics What can you expect from Mars?
