P&O Business Partner [KEC]
As the People & Organization Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering the P&O agenda at the King Abdullah Economic City (KEC) site. The role will act as the primary point of contact for associates and line managers, providing day-to-day P&O support and ensuring a positive and consistent associate experience.
The role will drive associate engagement, performance and development, recruitment, onboarding, learning administration, and core people processes. The P&O Advisor will work closely with site leadership, people managers, and the wider P&O team to implement people initiatives, address associate needs, and support the delivery of the site’s business and people priorities.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Drive associate engagement initiatives and support action plans that improve the overall associate experience and workplace culture.
- Support performance management, talent development, career planning, and capability-building activities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job requisitions, interviews, candidate selection, and hiring documentation.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive associate experience.
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate training activities, and track completion of mandatory learning.
- Provide day-to-day P&O guidance and support to associates and line managers.
- Manage P&O administration, associate records, employment documentation, trackers, and reporting.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, Shared Services, and other teams to resolve associate queries.
- Support the implementation of site, local, regional, and global P&O programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, local labor requirements, and data-confidentiality standards.

What are the Main Qualifications of the role?
- Ability to work on-site at King Abdullah Economic City and commute.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, People & Organization, or a similar people-focused role.
- Previous experience supporting employees and managers in a site-based, manufacturing, operational, or fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Practical experience in engagement, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Good working knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and standard HR practices is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
