We are looking for a Digital Campaign Project Manager to join our team here at Mars.

This role is a hands-on opportunity to work with multiple teams, partners, and stakeholders to consolidate regional campaign and demand planning and deliver optimized campaigns using Mars owned marketing platforms (website, CDP, CRM content).

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience working as a hands-on digital ecosystem expert on building campaigns with owned channels (websites, ecommerce, CDP, CRM, content tools).

  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience in project management in client or agency side.

  • In depth End to End Project Management experience; demonstrated expertise in running multiple projects concurrently and seeing them through to completion.

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience working with martech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Treasure Data CDP, ecommerce, social, websites, analytics etc.) to deliver campaigns that deliver business value.

  • Demonstrable experience balancing multiple concurrent high-impact initiatives in an Agile, fast-paced, and international environment.

  • Proven experience operating autonomously Demonstrable communication skills with executive writing skills (e.g., able to craft punchy, data-driven stories in 1-2 pages). Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).

  • Demonstrable experience working in a large, matrixed organization with complex stakeholder groups leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.

  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management, influence, and negotiation.

  • Certified in Project management: PMP/Prince2/PMI desirable

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • The Campaign Project Manager owns the campaign demand coordination and oversees the end-to-end delivery of the Mars owned digital channels (websites, CRM, CDP). Coordinates with all partners of the marketing and technology ecosystem and ensures the enablement of owned Digital Experience products.

  • Develops and maintains partnerships across Brands, Owned Platforms, Products and Data —including third-party vendors like agencies, technology partners, service integrators and developers

  • Budget and financials administration.

  • Translates business requirements into Mars ecosystem technical experience capabilities and oversees the project delivery by orchestrating all relevant parties.

  • Great in influencing, building trust and credibility, and inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams and partners at all levels to achieve goals without having formal authority

  • Create, launch and lead the internal regional community of practice to cross-pollinate high-value learnings.
