Responsible for executing the national activity plan in the Coop group. Creates a winning activation plan based on shopper & customer insight and works in collaboration with the Customer and Sales team both internally & externally to ensure excellence in execution.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead and effectively deploy the national activity plan ensuring execution meets ER volume and Growth storm activation requirements.
- Owns the development and execution of all tailored initiatives and retailer co-marketing programmes with the customer
- Develops peer contacts and relationships, leading relevant external meetings with own customers, sells the plan.
- Owns trade marketing elements of Customer engagement (TAS) action plan for Customer
- Co-create (with category & sales counterpart) customer specific activations identifying both short and long term Physical Availability growth opportunities.
- Plan and manage BTL budget, ensuring appropriate ROI and adopting a continuous improvement mindset
- Manage the Volume Planning process within the Coop Sales meetings to ensure robust Risks and Opps and ER volume sign off
- Plan, develop and execute the Coop Sell In events to engage Coop with our activity plan and drive growth opportunities
- Agency relationship management, creating best in class briefs for your activities to set up agency partners for success and ensure customer/Coop shopper is central within all activations.
- Be the voice of Coop within Customer Marketing in key forums to ensure that shopper and customer needs are inputted and considered in business decisions.
- Support delivery of our customer exclusive framework by playing a role within identifying, championing & enabling appropriate customer exclusive opportunities (Coop are a CPOC customer; Customer Partner Of Choice).
