Communication of stock status, supply risk and mitigation options
- Via S&OE Daily and Weekly drumbeat of communication, ensure all relevant inputs and outputs for Supply are brought to the CMOS, SMOS
- Act as the key interface between customer service and regional planning
- Highlight service impact of any over-sales , as well as any corresponding inventory health risk of any under-sales
Drive Supply Performance in the Market
- Maintain optimal finished goods inventory levels to maximize customer service (CSL) and minimize inventory value and write-offs (market NQC)
- Champion RCA/problem solving. Hold both Markets and Regional Planning to account for action completion to root cause, through PDCA facilitation (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
- Provide service impact on any option-analysis for supply constrained value streams and contribute to recommneded mitigation steps. Work with Sales and Customer Service to translate quota priorities in system requirements to ensure available stock is directed to the correct account
- Manage the stock age profile on finished goods to minimize best-before-date issues
- Where appropriate and feasible, optimize stock availability and inventory health via recommending and executing stock transfers between DCs
Reporting and Analytics
- Support reporting needs using a range of system, i.e. SRM, BW, SPM
- Ensure accurate real-time stock picture is available in SAP (clearing i-doc errors with DCs)
- Execute data / parameter audit checks, as required, to ensure systems reflect agreed and realistic settings, providing feedback to design of the audting checks required
Represent Supply in market activity executions
- Ensure all relevant inputs and outputs for Supply are incorporated into the activity management program to optimize in-store availability, promotional execution, and CSL delivery
- Highlight all Market NQC risk on discontinuing or phase-out codes and propose/exeucte mitigation tasks
