Job Description:

What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong analytics experience with proficiency in Circana, Madrid, and other retail data platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in managing demos, calendars, and cross-functional workflows across multiple customers (especially Costco and Sam’s Club).

  • Experience with new item setup, contract management, ICS processes, and IDM platform usage.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with customers and internal teams.

  • Strong organizational ability to manage a full-year calendar and multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of trade dollars, regional accruals, shipment reporting, and retail club environments (Costco, Sam’s, BJ’s).

  • Experience supporting innovation sessions, buyer meetings, and marketing plan execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Demo Management

  • Own and manage the full-year demo calendar across Costco, Sam’s Club, and other customers, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales priorities.

  • Coordinate and schedule demos, including systems/portal management and communication with regional teams.

  • Support customer and buyer meetings, including innovation sessions, new item introductions, and presentation prep.

  • Attend customer meetings as needed to support relationship management and gather insights.

Business Analysis & Insight Development

  • Analyze business performance across key metrics (sales, supply, margin, share, households) using Circana, Madrid, Nielsen, Retail Link, and shopper insight tools.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across items, promotions, innovation, distribution shifts, OOS exposure, and competitive activity (including digital scrapes).

  • Develop clear, action-oriented insights (“what, so what, now what”) for internal and customer-facing storytelling.

  • Maintain clean data attribution to ensure accurate reporting and insights.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Lead all reporting processes, including complex data pulls, weekly performance recaps, and ad hoc analyses.

  • Deliver omni-channel reporting, demo/feature performance summaries, competitive updates, and customer meeting insights.

  • Manage trade reporting—including accruals, shipment tracking, and regional allocations.

  • Maintain and update club channel price lists with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Build dashboards/tools that improve visibility and decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.

Forecasting & Item Portfolio Management

  • Provide detailed forecasting support by analyzing run rates, distribution changes, displays, inventory flow, CER loads, and innovation trends.

  • Partner with Demand and Supply teams to drive forecast accuracy and ensure adequate inventory across channels.

  • Manage the full item portfolio including attribution, item setup, cost/OI changes, and delist risk analysis.

  • Oversee buy documents, agreements, and compliance for new item setup through retailer portals (including ICS and IDM).

  • Manage samples for modular resets, innovation mock-ups, and customer requests.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and reporting output.

  • Ensure data readiness for internal systems and customer-specific requirements.

  • Support annual and cyclical planning processes with accurate data, insights, and operational inputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Demand, Supply, SRM, and Category Management teams to support business plans and product launches.

  • Support account leads with trade, accrual, and performance reporting throughout the year.

  • Represent the analyst function in internal meetings, planning cycles, and customer engagements.

  • Provide insights, tools, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
