What are we looking for?

  • Strong Indirect procurement business functional, Ariba implementation experience or similar​

  • Experience leading projects and directing technical teams is required, familiarity with Mars project and program framework is a plus​

  • Functional and Technical expertise in Ariba, Integrations, SAP Business Network or similar​

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving​

  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Responsible for analyzing Royal Canin business and remaining Mars markets requirements for indirect procurement process, analyze current process pain points, provide fit-gap analysis to determine the functional and technical approach for Ariba rollout, taking guidance from Commercial Solution Architects. ​

  • Develop and align rollout milestones plan and determine required pre-requisites in collaboration with Segment deployment teams. ​

  • Responsible to deliver a detailed plan of required activities for Design, Build and implementation of the Ariba solution for RC, remaining markets and Ariba S4 retrofit, by leveraging Common EDGE SI and other 3rd parties’ expertise.​

  • Manage assigned Common EGDE SI and other 3rd parties to ensure timely execution of the plan. ​

  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Ariba implementation in scope of Digital Core, leveraging Digital Core program delivery frameworks, Design Authority, communication and escalation channels. ​

  • Responsible to plan, coordinate alignment and drive execution of SIT testing, Cutover, data migration, enabled interfaces, reports, enhancements as part of Ariba deployment.​

  • Responsible for the resolution of deployment issues for Ariba rollout in UAT and production during nurturing phase. ​

  • Partner with GDO Teams for Governance across Digital Core and BAU delivery.​

  • Document and execute handover to support by the end of Nurture.
