Within Digital Core Source to Pay shared template, there are 2 major platforms- Ariba and Beeline for Indirect procurement, that need to be enhanced and S4 retrofits need to be done. They also need to be rolled out to Royal Canin and other remaining Units from scratch. The focus of this role will be to own end-to-end and deliver the required enhancements, retrofits and rollouts of Ariba for indirect procurement and Beeline for contingent workforce management. This role will partner with Commercial Solution Architects, GxOs, Segment DT and 3rd party partners (e.g. IBM, Deloitte, Bain, Accenture etc) to ensure that Segments and specific Business Units Indirect procurement requirements have been collected and addressed. This role is responsible to define the Indirects strategy as part of Digital Core, collaborate closely with Segment deployment teams to plan deliverables and manage execution for Indirects scope to ensure successful Segments roll-outs.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive Indirect procurement business functional or Ariba implementation experience, SAP Business Network

  • Contingent workforce management functional experience, Beeline implementation or similar platform

  • Experience leading global programs and directing technical teams is required, familiarity with Mars project and program framework is a plus

  • Functional and Technical expertise in Ariba, SAP Business Network, Beeline or similar

  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, stakeholder management, business insight, change management

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead Indirect Procurement rollout support practice as part of Mars Digital Core Segments deployment roadmaps

  • Lead Ariba and Xtend delivery teams; Functional management responsibilities for Ariba Implementation Senior Analyst, Third Party (SI and Contractors)

  • Deliver & close out Technology scope related to Commercial BAU transition

  • Partner with Commercial Solution Architects, GxOs, Segment DT and 3rd party partners to ensure that Segments and specific Business Units Indirect procurement requirements have been collected and addressed in our suite of solutions and x-functional needs are met for Accounts Payable.

  • Define the Indirects strategy as part of Digital Core, collaborate closely with Segment deployment teams to plan deliverables and manage execution end –to-end for Indirects scope to ensure successful Segments roll-outs.

  • Own Indirect procurement integrations, data and other requirements for Ariba, Beeline systems to enable successful Segments S4 deployment.

  • Collaborate with Segment DT to provide expertise and input into interim state design for Indirects, while protecting consistency of our solutions.

  • Manage Commercial EDGE SI and other 3rd party to ensure that Indirect procurement solutions have been configured for a specific deployment Unit in alignment with the original design, provide guidance and support to them to ensure Global template consistency.

  • Own completion of SIT testing, Cutover, data support, interface validation, reports, enhancements, automation, process intelligence validation Indirect procurement scope of the deployment.

  • Own fixing deployment issues for Indirect procurement scope in collaboration with the Segment DT, including integration SIT, cutover and nurture issues.

  • Leverage Global training materials, provide train – the trainer sessions for Segments, together with GxOs, document handover to end-state support.
