What are we looking for?
1. 大专及以上学历,10年以上FMCG销售管理经验;
2. 有全渠道管理经验,4年以上团队管理经验;
3. 拥有专业的经销商管理能力,较强的市场判断及数据分析能力;
4. 良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力, 稳定达成业绩
5. 强烈的责任心及职业操守,善于在压力下开展工作。
What will be your key responsibilities?
管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求,包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”
1、 管辖呼伦贝尔、乌兰浩特、通辽、阜新、赤峰、朝阳、锡林郭勒盟市场,完成销售目标,实现市场的可持续增长
2、 渠道内的客户谈判,渠道客户开拓,管理费用预算
3、 负责经销商的管理工作,确保经销商完成销量及分销目标
4、 团队三方销售人员管理
5、 日常生意操作跟进(生意数据分析,订单物流跟进,费用管理)
