Warehouse Supervisor - Ismailia, Egypt

At Maersk, we’re committed to connecting and simplifying supply chains for our customers. As our business continues to grow in Egypt, we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Ismailia and help ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the day‑to‑day execution of warehouse activities - from receiving and storage to dispatch - ensuring high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety. You will guide and support a team of warehouse colleagues, help solve operational challenges, and contribute to continuous improvements across the site.

This position is part of our Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution team, where we manage and deliver warehousing activities across a variety of operational environments. As a leader at this level, you will supervise employees on a daily basis, set priorities, and ensure tasks are completed effectively while following established processes and guidelines.

Who we’re looking for

You bring strong operational knowledge, a leadership mindset, and a passion for running a safe and well‑organized warehouse. You work independently, take responsibility, and support your team in delivering results.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 10+ years of experience in warehousing and logistics operations
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision
• Experience within lifestyle and retail warehousing (a strong advantage)
• Solid understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Basic knowledge of safety requirements and compliance standards

Location requirement

This role is Ismailia-based, and candidates must reside in Ismailia.
