Warehouse Supervisor

Job Descriptions

• Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities.

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates.

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse layout and workflow.

• Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries related to warehouse activities.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status.

Job Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role is required for the position in Logistics Company.

• Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics.

• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office application is essential for the role.

• Able to work at Gelang Patah, Johor.

• Must be willing to work on shift (morning & night).

• Multiple position available.

• Possess strong commitment towards the role.
