Supervisor - Operations

Job Scope

Manpower Management and Operations Monitoring

• Plan and assign manpower based on workload.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate work priorities.
• Address staff issues and maintain team discipline.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and loading.
• Ensure work is completed according to SOP and customer requirements.
• Monitor productivity and take corrective action when targets are not met.

Basic System Operation

• Have basic knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Monitor order releases and task assignments in the system.
• Assist in troubleshooting simple system issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure inventory and operational transactions are updated accurately in the system.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure staff follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization.
• Report and follow up on any safety concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role preferred.
• Experience managing a team of operators, pickers, packers, or warehouse assistants.
• Have the knowledge of “”know how” on managing operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Able to work in shift
