Warehouse Data Analyst

Job Description

We are looking to for a Data Analyst to drive and deliver customer focused data analysis to support and develop the local operation and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with internal clients and third parties

• Use of internal systems to provide analysis of trends, risks and opportunities.

• Provide expertise, solutioning, leadership, and training in the use of the WMS

• To provide best practice initiatives seeking out or supporting system efficiencies.

• Leading with regular and ad-hoc tasks, depending on the project and customer requirements.

• Understanding of agreed customer and internal KPIs and work with the site team to ensure results meet or exceed in

• Support financial reporting and capture of operational volumes and productivity

• Support operational data capture and creating relevant analysis documentation for the customer and internal use

• Presenting of data analysis to the customer and internal stakeholders

• Assist with other clerical and operational duties as and when required.

• Attendance of all training programs provided in line with the needs of the role. The ability to enforce/apply the skills provided is paramount.

We are looking for

• Good working experience in Microsoft Office specifically “Excel”

• Good knowledge of the relevant WMS

• Ideally in a Warehousing/Logistics environment

• Communication at all levels

• Experience of presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting is delivered

• Co-ordination and communication with multiple stakeholders

• Assist in the achievement of customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

• Fluent in German and English

Wir suchen einen Data Analyst, der kundenorientierte Datenanalysen vorantreibt und bereitstellt, um den lokalen Betrieb sowie die Kundenanforderungen zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Hauptaufgaben

• Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern
• Nutzung interner Systeme zur Analyse von Trends, Risiken und Chancen
• Bereitstellung von Fachwissen, Lösungsansätzen, Führung und Schulungen im Umgang mit dem Warehouse-Management-System (WMS)
• Identifikation und Unterstützung von Best-Practice-Initiativen zur Verbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung von Systemen
• Leitung regelmäßiger sowie ad-hoc-Aufgaben in Abhängigkeit von Projekt- und Kundenanforderungen
• Sicherstellung eines guten Verständnisses der vereinbarten Kunden- und internen KPIs sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem Standortteam, um Ergebnisse zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen
• Unterstützung der Finanzberichterstattung sowie der Erfassung operativer Volumina und Produktivitätskennzahlen
• Unterstützung bei der operativen Datenerfassung und Erstellung relevanter Analyse- und Dokumentationsunterlagen für Kunden und interne Zwecke
• Präsentation von Datenanalysen gegenüber Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
• Unterstützung bei sonstigen administrativen und operativen Aufgaben nach Bedarf
• Teilnahme an allen relevanten Schulungsprogrammen entsprechend den Anforderungen der Rolle; die Fähigkeit, die erworbenen Kenntnisse anzuwenden und durchzusetzen, ist dabei von entscheidender Bedeutung

Ihr Profil

• Gute praktische Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
• Gute Kenntnisse eines relevanten Warehouse-Management-Systems (WMS)
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikumfeld
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
• Erfahrung in der Präsentation von Datenanalysen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und korrekten Berichterstattung
• Koordination und Kommunikation mit mehreren Stakeholdern
• Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der kundenbezogenen Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
