Overview
The Distribution Training Center Manager is responsible for leading the onboarding and training of frontline employees and new leaders at a manual and automated fulfillment center. This role ensures training programs are aligned with live operations and continuously improved to reflect evolving production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee onboarding for frontline staff and leadership roles in coordination with HR and staffing agencies
Design and deliver training programs that mirror live operations and workflows
Maintain smooth daily operations of the training center
Coordinate cross-departmental training schedules for new leaders
Supervise and support one direct report (Trainer)
Ensure training materials and methods are inclusive for a multilingual workforce (English, Spanish, French Creole)
Communicate with remote leadership and local site leaders to secure buy-in and feedback
Propose and implement improvements to training processes and infrastructure
Track training throughput and maintain records of onboardings
Required Skills & Experience
Strong operational background in distribution or fulfillment environments
Familiarity with WMS systems and handheld scanner technology
Proven ability to lead, delegate, and influence across levels
Experience in training delivery or instructional design
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven and capable of operating independently with remote supervision
Servant leadership mindset with assertive diplomacy toward senior stakeholders
Autonomy & Collaboration

Expected to communicate and collaborate with leadership on significant changes

Pay Range:
$125,000.00 - $135,000.00
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
