The Role

We are expanding our Delivery Team and are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the execution of our offshore charging projects. • Oversee management of complex, multi-partner projects, including budget monitoring and audit-ready reporting in coordination with finance

  • Manage suppliers and partners contributing to the project

  • Coordinate fabrication, testing and delivery activities across onshore and offshore locations

  • Ensure compliance with offshore (safety) standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality processes

  • Act as the primary project interface towards clients and key stakeholders

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks

  • Plan and manage resource allocation in coordination with internal teams, partners and subcontractors

  • Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, procurement, operations, and external partners

  • Support the Procurement team in defining scopes of work for subcontractors and suppliers

  • Represent Stillstrom in meetings with clients, partners and authorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of project and/or program management experience, preferably within the maritime or offshore industry

  • Strong understanding of offshore safety requirements and regulatory frameworks

  • Solid technical background with the ability to interface between development, engineering and execution

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems

  • Willingness to travel as required to support project activities
