The Opportunity

As Team Lead – Digitalisation & Automation, you will lead the regional digital and automation agenda for the Customs Product across the NEC region 🌐. You will drive impactful transformation initiatives, turn ideas into scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with operations, product, and IT to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will work with a diverse, cross‑country team spanning 6 NEC countries, with strong visibility toward senior leadership and involvement in high‑impact strategic initiatives 📈.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how the region digitizes and optimizes its customs operations, while developing your people‑leadership and transformation capabilities.

The role reports into regional leadership and sits within the broader Transformation & Implementation organisation.

What You Will Do

• Drive change and digitalisation initiatives, identifying opportunities that add value for customers and internal stakeholders.
• 🚀 Manage projects end to end, from ideation through implementation, in a complex, cross‑functional environment.
• 💻 Act as the regional point of contact for IT and product teams on system landscape and integration topics.
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, and technical experts to identify and deliver process improvements.
• 🧭 Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure aligned, effective execution across the NEC region.
• ⚙️ Support the ongoing rollout and adoption of automated solutions and digital workflows.

What You Bring

✅ Background in Business, Logistics, IT, or a related field
✅ Experience in logistics and customs product
✅ Proven track record in digital transformation or change initiatives
✅ Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills
✅ Experience leading teams in a matrix or multi‑country setup
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
➕ Knowledge of Lean, Change Management, BI, or data‑driven analysis (preferred)
