Talent Acquisition and Development Program – InPort 9

APM Terminals Poti, part of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, operates Georgia's largest multi-purpose port, handling dry and liquid bulk, ferries, containers, and providing marine services. Serving Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and the broader Central Asian region, APM Terminals Poti is dedicated to developing local talent. Introducing the Talent Acquisition and Development Program – InPort 9 we aim to identify and nurture high-potential individuals with the right functional expertise, attitude, and learning capabilities. This program is designed to prepare professionals with international experience and skills, empowering them to make a positive impact globally.

The program consists of 4 months of practical and theoretical assignments aimed at helping participants acquire the necessary skill set for successful professional and technical careers.

WE ARE LOOKING for graduates from the following areas:

• Graduates of STEM Faculty (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

• Students and/or graduates of technical vocational educational institutions/college.

• Finance & Economics.

• Social Sciences & Psychology.

• Business Administration &Human Resources (HR).

• Law.

• Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE).

• Logistics and Supply chain.

• Maritime navigation & Marine Engineering.

Program Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must reside in Georgia.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Georgian.

Keen interest in pursuing a career at APM Terminals Poti.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Personal Attributes:

Good personal time management.

Critical thinking and goal-orientation.
