Software Engineer

Job Description

Software Engineer, Charlotte, NC-Hybrid position, two (2) days per week in office required- (multiple positions). Conduct Solution design, build, testing, configuration, delivery and support for SAP TM products across Maersk’s Landside Platform with focus on SAP TM charge calculation, Maersk Supplier Connect integration and downstream finance processes integration; monitor product backlog, including prioritization of needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers; provide compliance to Enterprise architecture, global template guidelines and product roadmap; work in an agile environment with SAP TM product owners, architects, SAP developers/engineers and scrum master in executing on prioritized backlog; ensure on-time delivery of solutions by removing technical bottlenecks; monitor and evaluate product progress throughout lifecycle of development process and determine acceptability of final product. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position working in an Agile delivery environment for international logistics and supply chain organization. Must have five (5) years of experience in each: (1) working in an Agile delivery environment; (2) implementing SAP TM module with MM, SD, and FI/CO modules; (3) SAP supply chain architectural solution design, development and SAP TM upgrades to improve functional product versions; (4) SAP TM Integration with 3PL applications using supplier portal/EDI; and (5) improving TM System to accelerate business and troubleshooting issues related to product support.
