You will be responsible for:
Performing Accounting Operations that includes operations involved in overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy, showcase strong communication with clients and in compliance with regulations, accounting concepts and standards. This role requires German language Proficiency with strong OTC expertise.
Handling OTC Collections, Dispute resolution, Payment allocations, Master Data Management, Credit Term Management & associated activities. Also covers accounts receivable, billing & invoicing roles.
Supporting a diverse range of roles, from closely supervised entry-level workers and technicians to administrative staff and seasoned individual contributors. These positions demand varying levels of technical or practical expertise, with experienced professionals expected to apply specialized knowledge to execute tasks that directly enhance and sustain operational efficiency.
Working independently while applying established standards. Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions and, when necessary, depart from traditional processes to effectively resolve complex problems. This level reflects both autonomy and adaptability, ensuring challenges are addressed with sound judgment and innovative solutions.
Working independently within defined boundaries and guidelines in a specific area with minimal supervision and support on more complex tasks.
Supporting team and Supervisor closely to meet the KPI goals.
Demonstrating a strong team player attitude, fostering collaboration, and helping to groom and enhance the skills of team members. The role requires adaptability to organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining a positive and supportive environment that encourages growth and collective success.
Applying practical methods, techniques, work procedures, and processes effectively.
Providing solutions by choosing among known alternatives within your area of expertise, while the leader will evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the chosen solution.
The job requires previous work experience in a related area, or practical knowledge obtained via advanced education.
Qualification & Experience:
Any Graduate (BCOM/MCOM/MBA- Finance)
4+ years of FNA experience, preferably in OTC (Collections).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Shift timings: 12:00pm to 9:00pm
