Key responsibilities:
•Lead people transition efforts, helping teams embrace change.
•Drive the implementation of Standardization and Deviations Management workstreams.
•Integrate the Flow project into Ways of Working (WoW) at each terminal.
•Provide problem-solving support and Flow/Lean coaching to teams.
•Promote a Visual Management/ Daily Management (VM/DM) culture in terminals by driving Performance Management visualization and tracking.
•Coach terminals on change management activities, including creating and executing communication plans.
•Foster strong collaboration between terminal Flow teams and the Global Flow team.
•Ensure adherence to Flow methodology and monitor the effectiveness of its implementation.
•Integrate standardization efforts (PDM) into local terminal WoW.
•Develop local capabilities to drive and sustain Flow rollouts.
•Support the implementation of TWI Job Instructions (JI) in terminals, enhancing WoW maturity on site.
We’re looking for:
•5 years of experience in a container terminal environment.
•At least 3 years working in WoW, OS, PD, Lean, Kaizen, and Standardization.
•Strong knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS).
•Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (a plus).
•Certified Lean Advanced Practitioner (Level 4).
•Expertise in workshop facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
•Leadership foundations and effective communication skills.
•Experience with Change & Transition Management.
•JI/JR Training and a strong business acumen.
