Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Finance Systems Specialist with a strong passion for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to act as the Digital Owner of the platform, working in close partnership with Group Finance as the Business Owner.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working hands‑on with Business Central, understands its critical role in enabling and transforming Finance operations, and is motivated by continuous improvement, system quality, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Application (Digital) Ownership

• Act as the Digital Owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

• Partner closely with Group Finance as Business Owner.

• Lead implementations, enhancements, upgrades and post‑go‑live activities.

• Own defect and incident management including root cause analysis.

• Track system usage, adoption and process effectiveness.

Automation, Development & Integration

• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Deliver development work aligned with business prioritization.

• Define and implement integration strategies.

• Identify automation opportunities to improve finance efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

• Support finance reporting from a system and data perspective.

• Enable data access and data quality.

Platform Governance & Collaboration

• Own and support Plumsail Helpdesk.

• Work with Finance, IT Infrastructure and vendors.

• Drive cost control and license optimization.

• Act as Business Central functional trainer and SME.

• Hands‑on Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.

• Strong Power Platform experience.

• Integration experience.

• Advanced Excel and VBA skills.

• Finance / ERP process knowledge.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management.

• Ability to translate business needs into solutions.

• Structured problem solving.

• Comfortable in global environments.
