Purpose of the role

Accounting Operations handles day-to-day financial transactions, including cost accounting, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

You will be Responsible for

  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and contract terms

  • Sending reminders, dunning letters, and Statements of Account (SOA).

  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports.

  • Monitoring aging buckets and highlight high-risk accounts.

  • Performing account reconciliations between customer records and Accounts Receivable (AR) books.

  • Sending payment reminders, dunning letters, and Statements of Account (SOA)

Qualifications

Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
