We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Finance & Accounting team in the ATR domain. The role requires strong expertise in GL and reporting activities, adherence to group policies and control frameworks, and the ability to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with SOPs, manage deadlines, support audits, and actively contribute to team engagement and process improvements.
Your Roles and Responsibilities
Process Execution & Compliance
Ensure timely completion of all deliverables as per SOPs, processes, and internal policies.
Handle end-to-end processes within the respective domain with hands-on expertise.
Document and update SOPs and guidelines for any exceptions.
Support internal controls and audits to ensure compliance with the control manual.
Finance & Accounting (ATR Domain)
Manage GL and reporting activities with accuracy and efficiency.
Track operational metrics/KPIs and take corrective actions to mitigate risks of underperformance.
Collaborate with process leads and BPEs to improve performance and ensure compliance with standards.
Team Development & Engagement
Identify training needs and design customized programs to enhance team productivity.
Upskill team members to maintain engagement and ensure effective backup planning.
Foster a high-performing team culture through active engagement and motivation.
Continuous Improvement & Change Management
Participate in Kaizens and problem-solving sessions to close process gaps and improve performance.
