
Regional Pharma Product Manager CCL
Job Description
Product Management is responsible for the strategic planning, marketing and overall management of a product throughout its lifecycle. Product management involves activities such as market research, defining product vision and strategy, gathering user requirements, creating a product roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product launches, and analyzing product performance. Product management involves working with various teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing management of the product. Product managers are responsible for guiding and coordinating these teams.
The role can be based in various locations across China.
Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain the regional PCCM Product growth
•Define, implement, execute Regional PCCM strategy as cascade of the Global PCCM Product Strategy•Qualification opportunities and sign off the final customer solution including pricing based on catalogues prices and OIPC components•Support delivery of opportunities based the PCCM Value proposition•Participate in the RFI, RFQ and RFP process with sales, helping to ensure proposals submitted are comprehensive, competitive and within the parameters set by global, region & area product•Define needed pipeline size and work with Regional and Area commercial organization to deliver pipeline inflow for PCCM •Support the New & Acquisition opportunities of non-controlled PCCM business•Continued SME support for the commercial Pharma & Healthcare organisation•Partner with Global PCCM team for larger/complex opportunities
Create and drive centers of expertise for PCCM Product
•Increase knowledge & awareness of PCCM product with internal stakeholders•Support putting the right capabilities in place with other functions/products e.g. solution design, Implementation, Cold Stores, Landside, Depot etc.•Document new PCCM customer needs based on feedback from commercial organisation•Connect to the other regions on non-controlled sales/business•Drive development of PCCM end-to-end Value Propositions for the Area(s) in close cooperation with commercial organization and global CCL MbM product organization•Coordinate and develop PCCM solutions with integrated product development•Act as voice of the customers within product organization and provide feedback to Center on product requirements / OIPC•Build and collect case study for references
