With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, we are shaping the future of global trade. Our Contract Logistics business is a key growth engine, particularly across North America, where we operate at scale across multiple product lines including warehouse operations, managed services, ground freight and transportation.
The Opportunity
This is a critical leadership role within our global Talent Acquisition organisation, responsible for leading TA delivery across Transport and Contract Logistics in North America (NAM).
The region represents one of our most complex and high-growth markets, combining high-volume frontline hiring, large-scale site launches, and specialist driver recruitment. Success in this role requires balancing scale, speed, and quality, while navigating operational complexity across multiple product lines and geographies.
The role is based in Charlotte and will partner closely with regional business leaders, HR, and global TA leadership to ensure we can deliver against ambitious growth plans.

- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for Contract Logistics, ensuring alignment with business growth, productivity targets, and workforce plans
- Drive execution of high-volume hiring across warehouses, distribution centres, ground freight operations, and driver populations
- Lead TA delivery for new site launches, expansions, and ramp-ups, ensuring structured project management and on-time hiring outcomes
- Partner with NAM business and HR leadership to translate demand into executable hiring strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions, workforce planning, and TA prioritisation
- Drive standardisation and optimisation of TA processes, ensuring scalable, compliant, and repeatable delivery
- Build capability in specialist hiring areas, particularly driver recruitment and high-volume frontline roles
- Leverage data, insights, and risk analysis to proactively identify hiring challenges and implement mitigation actions
- Embed a performance culture across the TA team, with clear accountability on delivery, quality, and efficiency metrics
- Collaborate with the branding team to ensure engaging talent attraction messaging is consistently and accurately utilized across various social media and advertising outlets.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition at scale within North America, ideally within Contract Logistics, supply chain, or transportation environments
- Strong track record managing complex, multi-product hiring environments (including high-volume frontline and specialist roles such as drivers)
- Experience delivering large-scale hiring for operational site launches and rapid business expansion
- Deep understanding of the North American labour market, particularly within logistics and driver recruitment
- Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, high-pressure environments with competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior business leaders
