Position: Regional Customer Implementation Manager
Job type: Permanent CLT contract – full-time, hybrid (3x2)
Location: São Paulo (SP), Brazil

As a Customer Implementation Manager for the Contract Logistics product, you will be responsible for leading and managing contract logistics implementation projects from opportunity win through go-live, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and a successful handover to Operations across LAM.
Key Responsabilities:
- Lead end-to-end contract logistics implementation projects from opportunity win through go-live;
- Develop and manage project charters, plans, timelines, and key deliverables;
- Ensure end-to-end operational readiness for go-live, including systems setup (WMS/TMS/WCS), processes, testing, vendors, and KPIs;
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and key internal stakeholders during implementation;
- Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery;
- Monitor project risks, scope changes, and financial tracking, escalating when required;
- Lead UAT, end-to-end testing, hyper-care, and handover to Operations;
- Apply Maersk Project Implementation methodology, governance forums, and escalation models, ensuring clear project visibility and stakeholder alignment;
- Actively capture and share lessons learned and best practices with Regional and Global teams.
Requirements:
- Relevant project management experience, with proven experience managing contract logistics or warehousing implementation projects and hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
- Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong project management, planning, and execution skills,
- Advanced English and Portuguese required; Spanish is preferred;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, sense of urgency, and ownership mindset;
