Job Description
Partnering with Regional business leaders in strategic business discussions, through creating business value to the leaders by leveraging deep dive analysis with insights and influencing decision making through strong collaborations and recommendations, and in additional provide financial leadership views to the business.
Additionally, working together with the global LnS finance teams to drive product performance together in an aligned way and secure an integrated business approach.
Key Accountabilities
Planning and Analysis
Is the Finance point of contact for the business decision makers and acts as liaisons between the finance function and other business units within the organization
- Key Finance link for each product within the regions, helping to establish an integrated approach for each product together with the regional and global product teams. (this would be stronger for vertically integrated products – Air, MCL etc)
- Runs the target setting, business planning and forecasting process together with the business and the Global Lns team
- Runs Regional Business Performance Management and is the challenger during MPR / QPR sessions within the region. Key actor in explaining and preparing global Performance Management together with global teams,
- Owns and reviews the narrative and Q&A (with focus on business performance) for external reports and takes the lead in communicating business performance, including financial performance
- Identifies and evaluates growth opportunities (incl. IP work) and performance improvements area, incl. margin protection. Assesses financial implications of decisions.
- Drive performance management beyond pure PnL to include Capex, working capital etc
- Ad-hoc work incl. Finance Transformation projects, Platforms, etc.

- Roll out of strategy & Governance to the respective Region
- Performance Management
- Manage Region P&L ownership
- Input consolidated to the global team.
- Financial data insights, target setting, business planning and forecasting

Experience / Qualifications
Master’s in finance (CA/ MBA-finance)
8+ years of experience in finance and analysis
Experience of financial modelling and forecasting
Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills
Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP-BI/BW, Power BI
ERP and Forecasting tools such as SAP and Aspire would be advantageous.
