We’re looking for an experienced environmental leader to drive ESG initiatives, secure permits, and ensure compliance for major infrastructure projects. If you’re passionate about sustainability and thrive in complex project environments, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all environmental aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance and sustainability.
- Develop and implement ESG frameworks and reporting strategies.
- Drive ESG programs and manage LEED/BREEAM certification processes.
- Conduct environmental assessments, site investigations, and impact studies.
- Oversee remediation, construction, and demolition activities with contractors.
- Ensure adherence to EH&S regulations and deliver compliance services.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and manage contractual agreements effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental management or related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience in ESG due diligence, audits, and sustainability programs.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001; certification body experience is a plus.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced English and Korean communication skills; Japanese is a plus.
