- Understand end-to-end Finance and Accounting knowledge
- Strong technical knowledge in SAP ECC
- Technical knowledge in SAP S/4HANA is preferable
- Good understanding of the Shipping Industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor's course
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationships (internal and external stakeholders)
Excellent time management skills; multitasking and prioritization, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals
The ability to prepare effective reports, with the capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, and support positive changes
Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in OTC
The ability to deliver effective coaching to trainees and the desire to develop advanced training skills
Highly flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule
