Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented LCL Shipment Registration operator to manage Less -Container Load (LCL) shipment registrations using CW1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately registering LCL shipments, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. This role also includes compiling and submitting sea cargo reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register LCL shipments in CW1 with high accuracy

• Prepare and submit comprehensive sea cargo reports

• Ensure all shipment documentation is complete and compliant with regulations

• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and external partners regarding shipment status

• Identify and resolve registration discrepancies promptly

• Maintain organized records of all registered shipments

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with LCL shipment processes and CW1 system

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Knowledge of sea cargo reporting requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
