Job Overview:

Ensure delivery of value proposition to all customer segments through on
time and correct invoicing of jobs to customers, including internal
customers (ICBs) and correct and soft/hard close jobs on time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling and completing daily FinOps tasks in line with process IOP’s and ensure quality of service in always maintained.
  • Adhering to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation.
  • Accruing, invoicing and managing exceptions in billing files
  • You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with the defined SLAs.
  • Resolving requests via email in a manner that delights customers within timeline.
  • Carrying out all activities in a manner that will contribute to the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Leveraging strong business knowledge and process understanding to deliver effective solutions that add value to customers.
  • Finding opportunity of process improvement and providing corresponded solution within scope.
  • Sharing good practice with teammate to improve together.
  • Participating in team engagement activities.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Participating in and contributing to calls and discussions with Business Partners, along with the supervisor.
  • Maintaining timely and professional interactions with Business Partners and Stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with other teams within the GSC to achieve business and organizational goals.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to return to office policies, shift scheduling, leave planning, overtime, backup planning, and comply with staff policies.
  • Identifying document, and appropriately manage all major risks.
  • Actively participating in relevant business contingency testing and supporting other GSCs during contingency procedures.
  • Strictly adhering to APM-M Group culture, values, and reputation, ensuring compliance with APMM Group and CB policies.

Requirement:

  • Graduate, ideally Finance and Accounting
  • Need to have previous experience in Freight forwarding or SCM along with FINOPS/Financial experience. While both are preferred, having either of them is a must.
  • 1 to 3 Years of experience
  • Have knowledge on accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Have knowledge for operations to have full understanding of FINOPS billing
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Time management skill: ability to handle multi-task and manage challenging deadlines.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
