Job Description
Responsibility,
1. Development, maintenance, and enhancement of team's Marco.
2. Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to)
3. 4PL Customer experience management
4. Milestone update
5. Customer onboarding and relationship management
6. Reporting and more
7. Troubleshoot and resolve the problems.
Require,
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in VBA.
2. Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics – Added Advantage
3. Excellent command written English.
4. Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Good communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship.
6. Drive for Results – Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
7. Good Team Player, maintaining a “We first” instead of “I first”.
8. Good stakeholder management skills and experience.
