
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage daily documentation activities, ensuring compliance with client and process-specific IOPs. The ideal candidate will have experience in export/import documentation, a strong focus on data quality, and the ability to support operational excellence across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily documentation tasks in line with Client/Process IOPs while ensuring consistent quality of service.
Prepare and submit export/import documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
Maintain data quality to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with stakeholders to validate any deviations from standard operating procedures.
Stay up to date with process knowledge and regularly complete training related to IOPs and documentation standards.
Provide support to peers on technical or process-related issues during execution.
Perform root cause analysis in case of escalations and contribute to corrective actions.
Assist in onboarding and training of new hires to ensure process understanding and smooth integration.
Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts as needed.
Take on additional responsibilities as required by the team or management.
Position Requirements:
Strong understanding of documentation processes in the logistics or shipping industry.
Familiarity with export/import documentation standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
