Pricing Specialist - Customs

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist - Customs to help shape how our customs brokerage services are priced, ensuring we stay competitive, profitable, and aligned with market expectations.
This role combines data, commercial insight, and collaboration, working closely with sales, operations, and product teams to support growth and deliver value to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and manage pricing for customs brokerage services across NEC
- Ensure pricing is competitive, consistent, and supports profitability
- Partner with Business Development teams on customer opportunities
- Contribute to Request for Quotation/ Request for Proposal with strong, data-backed pricing proposals
- Monitor margins, costs, and pricing performance
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing and drive better results
- Track competitor pricing and market trends
- Ensure Maersk remains well-positioned across customer segments
- Work with pricing teams, product, finance, and operations
- Help build a consistent and transparent pricing approach across regions
What we’re looking for
- Experience in pricing, finance, or commercial analytics (ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or customs)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Good understanding of costs, margins, and pricing strategies
- Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
- A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
