Your tasks will be:
- Advise employees, managers on all HR related matters, and support the yearly people cycle.
- Coordinate and supervise the annual performance evaluations, succession plans and staff development.
- Cascade and apply local and group HR policies, ethic and compliance standards & national labor regulations towards the management.
- Analyze fluctuation, conduct exit interviews and develop action plans.
- Implement results of employee satisfaction surveys into practice.
- Initiate events and programs that support the organizational culture.
- Analyze and present HR reports and KPI indicators.
- Develop and maintain HR processes in line with Airbus group directions
- Support the processes related to personal data protection.
Expectations
- BA or MA degree in human resources or economics
- At least 5 years of work experience in HR in similar position
- Fluent, active English language knowledge
- Up-to-date knowledge of labour law
- Ability to handle challenging situations
- Pragmatic, flexible, customer and solution oriented
- Ability to work effectively both in team and independently
