What You’ll Do

As a Spare Parts Engineer, you will:

• Develop and optimize spare parts stocking plans for new and existing equipment.
• Collaborate with OEMs, regional inventory managers, and suppliers to ensure efficient lifecycle planning.
• Contribute to regional stocking models to reduce inventory without compromising service levels.
• Align local maintenance plans with global inventory strategies.
• Provide technical advisory on spare parts and support disposal planning for obsolete items.

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in asset-heavy industries, working with BOMs/eBOMs and spare parts.
• Strong background in inventory planning and global supply chain operations.
• Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (C2 level); additional regional languages are a plus.
• A self-starter with a structured, analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
