OTC Process Trainer

We are seeking a candidate with strong finance process knowledge, specifically within the Order to Cash (OTC) domain. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in MSK Ocean and L&S OTC functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be capable of delivering both classroom and virtual training sessions. This role involves full ownership and management of end-to-end learning solutions for the OTC process, ensuring alignment with business needs and driving capability development across teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's course

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationships (internal and external stakeholders)

• Excellent time management skills; multitasking and prioritization, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals

• The ability to prepare effective reports, with the capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, and support positive changes

• Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in OTC

• The ability to deliver effective coaching to trainees and the desire to develop advanced training skills

• Highly flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule
