**Shift Tuesday-Saturday 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM**

To follow the OCFO leader on offering prime service to those moving airfreight within the OCF Network. Maximum utilization of capacity suiting the service and cost requirements of the shipments tendered going outbound and coordination with the OCFO network and external stakeholders on inbound volumes.

• Coordination of documentation and volumes tendered to the OCFO for incoming and outbound shipments
• Owns the job file and also has responsibility for creating and updating
  relevant documentation and Customer Invoices in the system.
• Preparation & processing of MAWBs
• Effective follow up of pending bookings
• Confirmation of flight departure / arrivals
• Support in Import Planning of MAC and 3rd party Airline incoming flights
• To ensure the highest customer satisfaction by handling and coordinating based on Gateway and customer requests
• Close communication with Regional and Global OCFO, Gateways, GHAs and other internal as well as external stakeholders
• Follow up of Import Shipments with Gateways and other stations for final delivery of cargo
• Contact with designated customs brokers for turnover of documents, where applicable
• Coordination and following of any and all government agency processes (e.g. TSA, IATA, DOT, etc.)
• Ensuring all contracted details are maintained and followed
• Other duties as assigned

PAY RANGE:

$19.50 - 20.00 per hour

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
