Mexico Team Lead - Equipment and EMR

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment & Engineering (E&E) Team Lead to join our Mexico team in Mexico City. In this role, you will lead operational and strategic execution related to equipment management, ensuring availability, reliability, and efficiency across the network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance, optimize processes, and support operational excellence, playing a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily equipment and engineering activities across the assigned scope
• Monitor equipment availability and utilization to support operational requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational priorities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Analyze performance data and provide insights for decision-making
• Support issue resolution and escalation management related to equipment operations

• Proven experience in logistics, equipment management, or operations roles
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
