Supports execution of employee and/or government relations related work.
May represent the organisation in labour and immigration departments
when required.
Supports the direct manager or a team in ensuring full compliance
towards government authorities and/or labour organizations.
Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

Responsibilities:
- Executes standard administrative/HR/Government relation responsibilities towards visa and trade licensed requirements.
- Maintains employee records and undertakes assigned tasks to ensure completion of legal work statuses in compliance with statutory law under the guidance of the functional head.
- Preferably with prior experience working in a manning agency.
- Handle transactions with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and local government offices.
- Manage contract processing for seafarers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with local government agencies and oversee necessary compilations and documentation.
- Must be keen to details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Critical Competencies
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to report onsite five (5) days a week.
- Demonstrated ability to commit 100% to a short-term contract.
