The opportunity
We are looking for a Manifest Process Administrator to oversee and manage manifest operations across Algerian ports. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth customs processes, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between internal teams and external authorities.
What you’ll be doing
Prepare and validate shipping manifests and customs documentation for Algerian ports
Manage amendments and ensure compliance with local customs regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with Customs and Port Authorities
Collaborate closely with Customer Experience teams to deliver best-in-class service
Support the Manifest Manager with operational challenges and improvement initiatives
Produce ad-hoc analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and company policies
What we’re looking for
Experience in manifest management and customs processes
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ALCES and Algeria Customs systems is highly desirable
Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach
Comfortable working independently within a matrix organisation
Adaptable, resilient, and solution-oriented
