πŸ“ We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Intermodal Execution and Customer Agent to join our dynamic team in Le Havre, France!

In this role, you will own and manage the customer experience by overseeing and monitoring end-to-end inland services while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, supporting daily operational activities and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. ⭐

πŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities

β€’ Manage and monitor the end-to-end inland service process in compliance with company procedures and standards.

β€’ Support customers with inland-related issues and facilitate their timely and effective resolution by engaging the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Deliver added value to customers by providing effective business solutions and demonstrating strong process and business knowledge.

β€’ Maintain a customer-centric approach, helping to prevent errors and implement measures to avoid recurring issues.

β€’ Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately and on time.

β€’ Contribute to cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention activities.

β€’ Adhere to established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

β€’ Maintain proactive and effective communication by regularly participating in calls with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Commercial and Customer Service teams to build and strengthen customer relationships.

β€’ Execute reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
