Manager - Operations

We are seeking a hands-on warehouse operations professional who is passionate about optimizing processes, improving inventory accuracy, and leading high-performing teams. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, leverage WMS capabilities, and contribute to the success of a growing e-commerce logistics business.

Job Description

• Manage goods movement and goods receipt activities within the warehouse.
• Maintain performance records for each activity to review and monitor productivity.
• Ensure all processes within the function are properly executed and controlled within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Identify operational issues related to stock accuracy and propose solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure that day-to-day warehouse operations are properly controlled and executed.
• Oversee goods receipt, put-away, inventory movement, dispatch, and export activities within the warehouse.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and customers at all organizational levels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment for employees.
• Identify operational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and implement solutions to improve operational KPIs.
• Monitor staff performance and take appropriate action when performance or behavior does not comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, value-added services (VAS), and returns management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and e-commerce operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze operational data and develop management and customer KPI reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
