Job Description

Location: VSIP 2, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong (No shuttle bus service)

Responsibilities

Inbound Operations

Check PO/ASN, liaise with relevant parties for missing data.

Verify warehouse capacity, arrange bookings for customers.

Review Customs Declaration vs CI/PL, confirm with factory/broker.

Track and reconcile stock between WMS, customs, and customer systems.

Handle issues related to damaged/dirty/broken containers; send non-compliance reports.

Prepare inbound documents and tally sheets before unloading.

Outbound Operations

Receive customer orders, consolidate and run wave for packing.

Print picking lists and send packing reports (shortage/overage/damage).

Track booking release and packing list for forwarders.

Plan transportation and update outbound master/trucking plan.

Maintain outbound documentation.

General Tasks

Collect and store operational documents.

Report and resolve system/data issues per SOP and supervisor instructions.

Respond to customer feedback in coordination with supervisors.

Participate in new projects, process testing, and deployment.

Propose and implement improvement initiatives.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

End Results

Meet customer and department KPIs.

Achieve business targets.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management).

Experience:

At least 1 year in warehouse/operations or related field.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Skills & Attributes:

Detail-oriented and careful in data processing.

Ability to follow SOP and work instructions.

Location: Preferably, Candidates who live near the warehouse or are willing to move there for convenience will be considered.
