Job Description
Maersk Air Cargo (MAC) has extensive experience in air freight since 1987. We operate globally and have staffed line stations across Europe and the UK, with Cologne and Billund as the largest hubs. We currently operate a fleet of nearly 20 Boeing 767 freighters and take pride in achieving one of the highest on-time delivery rates in the industry. Recently, we expanded our portfolio with two Boeing 777s to support our long-haul operation out of Billund, Denmark.We are now looking for Licensed Aircraft Engineers B1 or B1/B2 to join our team and support the Maersk European Express Freight (MEEF) operation out of Cologne (CGN).What we offer

What you'll be doing
- Conduct line maintenance on our Boeing 767 freighter fleet at designated line stations.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and fault rectification, ensuring the airworthiness and reliability of our aircraft.
- Contribute to Maersk’s goal of maintaining industry-leading on-time performance through diligent and proactive maintenance practices.
- Ensure full compliance with EASA Part-145 regulations, company procedures, and Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE).
- Manage daily documentation, including technical reporting, handovers, and logbook entries.
What we’re looking for
- Licensed aircraft engineers holding a valid EASA Part-66 B1 AML.
- Type-rated on at least one complex aircraft >5700kg MTOW; preference given to B767 and B777.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and EU passport.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Danish is an advantage.
- Someone who can work independently under pressure and also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize both scheduled maintenance and AOG situations.
- A professional who demonstrates attention to detail, accountability, and a strong safety mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability: willingness to work in rotating shifts and to be stationed at one of our line stations for approximately two months per year.
